Colonial Williamsburg WOW Trip

Join us on our first Joyful WOW travel gathering to beautiful Colonial Williamsburg on Friday, Oct 25 - Mon, Oct 28, 2024!  Travel to Williamsburg is each person's responsibility and the price is not included in the ticket price.

Ticket price includes:

* 3 nights at Williamsburg Lodge, which is a Marriott Autograph Hotel

* 6 meals - 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners, lunch will be on your own

* General admission pass to Colonial Williamsburg historical colony

All rooms are spacious and have 2 queen beds.

Double occupancy is $899.

Single occupancy is $1399.

Saturday is our day at Colonial Williamsburg - a historic 1760's colony. Strolling down the streets will take you straight into American history books, as this is a place where pivotal events happened that continue to impact the United States. Most of the activities are included in the admission ticket and allow entry to many original shops and services, the Governor's Palace and the historical House of Burgesses, where you will interact with people living like that time period.

The streets are all flat, but they are long and you will need to expect moderate walking and a minimum of 7,500 steps for the day.

The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and very peaceful, and makes for some amazing site seeing, as the changing leaf colors should be at their peak.

Sunday, you can schedule an appointment at the spa, a short trip to Virginia Beach, a round of golf, nearby shopping or more of Colonial Williamsburg.

There is a 30 person limit and registration will be on a "first come" basis.

Payments:

June 15th - $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot (payment options available soon).

July 15th - $400 non-refundable payment due.

Sept 30th - final payment due (based on occupancy).

The closest airports are Newport News, VA or Norfolk, VA and both are about a 30 minute Lyft/Uber ride. Transportation to the Gathering is up to each individual and is not included in ticket price.
